Refund Policy

Scope

• Services: in-person or virtual makeup consultations, lessons, or bookings arranged via our contact channel.
• Digital content: files or materials we expressly sell or deliver electronically (if applicable).
• Merchandise: not currently offered; if introduced, we will update this page.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Consultations and services

• Free reschedule: once, up to 24 hours before start time (subject to availability).
• Full refund: cancellations made 48+ hours before start time.
• 50% refund: cancellations made 24–48 hours before start time.
• No refund: cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
• Late arrival: we may shorten the session to end on time; no partial refunds.
• Studio delays: if we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new slot.

If a venue or travel is involved, non-recoverable costs (permits, travel, room fees) are not refundable once incurred.

Digital content

• Not refundable once access or download begins, except where the file is defective or mandated by applicable consumer law.
• EU/UK cooling-off: if you purchased digital content, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw before download starts. By requesting immediate access, you consent to waive this right.
• If a file is faulty, we will replace it or refund you.

Payments and timing

• Refunds go to the original payment method.
• Processing time: we issue approved refunds within 3 business days; your bank/card may need an additional 5–10 business days.
• Currency differences and bank fees are outside our control.

Non-refundable items

• Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
• Custom, on-location costs already incurred.
• Expired offers or missed appointments.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first. We’re happy to investigate and resolve issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may be contested with supporting records (booking confirmations, timelines, communications).
